MINIMUM DURATION OF STAY?

We accept bookings for a minimum stay of 2 nights. However you are advised to plan a stay of at least 3 to 5 nights in order to enjoy this area to the utmost and have a great camping experience.

 

HOW DO I BOOK MY PLACE?

Simply send us an e-mail or fill in the inquiry/ booking form on this page with the following information:

- Your arrival date and expected time of arrival / Arrival details (i.e. Arriving from by bus, private vehicle or flight number)

- Intended duration of stay.

- Number of people and type of tent required.

- Planned departure date and mode of transportation / flight number and next destination. 

 

We will reply with provisional confirmation of your required accommodation on the dates of your choice and deposit required.

- You must deposit the required booking deposit into the resort's account and e-mail us the transection details.

- Balance amount can either be deposited into our account 2 weeks ahead of arrival or can be settled in cash upon checkin. Credit cards, debit cards, traveller's cheques or private cheques will not be accepted as payment upon arrival. We do not extend credit under any circumstance. 

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

You are charged for nightly accommodation that includes one breakfast. Minimum stay of two days include accommodation for 2 nights with 2 breakfasts. There is no refund in case you do not take breakfast. Extra meals (lunches and dinners) and snacks ordered during stay will be charged accordingly and must be paid for at the time of placing your order.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

You are advised to book your place as early as possible in order to avoid dissappointment. We start taking bookings for the summer season six (6) months in advance. The summer holiday period gets booked way in advance so you are advised to make a provisional booking as soon as you decide to take the trip and finalize your booking after you have worked out your travel details and confirmed your vacation dates.

 

There is no cancellation charge on provissional bookings that are cancelled THREE (3) months ahead of checkin date. However standard cancellation policy applies to all confirmed bookings.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All confirmed bookings are subject to a cancellation fee in case you need to cancel your booking or change your booking dates.

 

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING MADE MORE THAN 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE OF CHECKIN DATE --------- 10% OF TOTAL STAY COST

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING MADE BETWEEN 31 DAYS AND 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE OF CHECKIN--  25% OF TOTAL STAY COST

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING MADE BETWEEN 08 DAYS AND 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECKIN -----  50% OF TOTAL STAY COST

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING MADE BETWEEN 01 DAY AND 07 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECKIN -------  75% OF TOTAL STAY COST

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE TOTAL STAY COST

 

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS: All provissional bookings that are cancelled less than 3 months in advance of the checkin date will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of 10% of the total stay cost.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF FLIGHT CANCELLATION?

In case you are planning to arrive in Skardu by PIA flight please let us know in advance with flight details. In case your flight is delayed/ cancelled we will adjust payment for the night you miss towards an another night's stay. In case you can not make it to Skardu at all due to cancellation of flights over an extended period we will adjust your 100% depost towards your future visit to Skardu. No refund can be given in case of no show under any circumstance.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

In order to confirm your booking you must deposit 50% of your total stay cost into our account 3 months in advance of the checkin date. This deposit will be subject to the standard cancellation charges in case you cancel your booking or change the dates of your stay In such case your first booking is cancelled and a new booking is made based on the new dates of your choice.
